Objective
  • ဒီသင်ခန်းစာ ကိုလေ့လာ ခြင်းအား Business အကြောင်းပိုသိရှိပြီး လက်တွေ့ဘဝ မှာ business ဆိုတာဘာလဲ Management ဆိုတာဘာလဲသိလာရတဲ့ အတွက် မိ်မ်ိလုပ်ငန်းများ ပိုမိုအောင်မြင် အဆင်ပြေလာစေရန်၊
  • စီပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ အတွင် leadership skill, Management skill ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်လာစေရန်
  • Business Management အလုပ်ကိုင် အခွင့်လမ်းကောင်းများပိုမိုရရှိစေရန်
    Chapter (1) တွင် Management History အကြောင်း၊ Management function တွေကဘာတွေလဲ ဆိုတာ သင်ကြားရမှာရပါမည်။
    Chapter (2) တွင် စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ ယဉ်ကျေး မှု(culture) ၊ကျင့်ဝတ်များ(ethic) ၊ Social Reponsbility နှင့် substainability တွေကိုလေ့လာရပါမည်။
    Chapter(3) မှာတော့ Managing in global diverse environment တွေ အကြောင်းလေ့လာသင်ကြားရပါမည်။
    Chapter (4) မှာတော့ Problam solving နဲ့ Decision Making အကြောင်းတွေကိုသင်ကြားရပါမည်။
    Chapter (5) မှာတော့ planning and management အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အကြောင်းနှင့် strategic နှင့် operational planning တို့ကြောင်းကိုသင်ကြားရပါမည်။
    Chapter (6) မှာတော့ Managing change Innovation နှင့် entrepreneurship ကိုသင်ကြားရပါမည်။
